Return guarantee

In "FARMACIASEXUAL.ES" TUCOMPANY, S.L. we think that every quality product should always present, a series of guarantees that provide security to customers and that serve as an answer in case of any kind of doubt or disagreement with the product, such as the method of payment, etc. and that are fulfilled at all times.

This is why we comply with it rigorously, offering all kinds of guarantees, in addition to abundant and detailed information on all the points that we consider fundamental, so that in this way the possible doubts to be cleared, are the least possible.

If any product in your order does not meet your expectations you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.

Since June 2014, the European Union has established new purchasing guarantee parameters for which we are governed. According to these conditions of return you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of any product within 14 calendardays. This period will end 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of the products. However, if the period ends on a non-working day, the period is extended to the next business day. Within that period you can waive the order for any reason, if only because you have thought about it better.

This warranty does not cover possible damage caused by natural causes, misuse, negligence, accident or modification of any part of the product. It also does not cover damage arising from incorrect maintenance operations, connections to inadequate voltages or repairs made by anyone outside TUCOMPANY, S.L.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must follow the steps below:

1. Download the Withdrawal Model before the 14 calendar days established.

2. Once approved, the form must be printed and filled out and sent to: TUCOMPANY, S.L., Calle Olmo 33, Baza, 18800, Granada, SPAIN.

3. You will need to ship the order with tracking number to avoid possible loss. (We do not take care of shipping costs)

4. Received and verified that everything is correct, the money is refunded.

Additionally, you must:

• Print the Withdrawal Form Model and include it in the package you will send us. Download the form from here

• Include your IBAN and SWIFT number (if you have not paid by credit card). The transfer is international and without this data we will not be able to do it. If in doubt, consult your bank. Forms that do not have this information will be automatically discarded and the money back will be voided.

You will be refunded 100% of the amount paid for the product, plus shipping costs.

Return Forms:

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will involve the return of the price of the returned product and the original shipping costs. You must bear the direct cost of returning the products.

For reasons of health or hygiene, and on the basis of the applicable regulations, you may not give up on cosmetic products or food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery.

Commercial and legal guarantee

TUCOMPANY, S.L. guarantees that at all times the current regulations of guarantees are complied with, highlighting everything included in Law 1/2007, of November 16, of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the Civil Code, as well as any rules applicable to the case.

If at the time of receipt of the order it is defective, you can request the replacement or return of the order, and subsidiaryly a reduction may be agreed between the buyer and seller in the price of the defective product, all in the terms and conditions established in the legislation of consumer goods guarantees and other regulations of application where applicable.
