PAYMENT METHODS

Pharmaciesexual puts at your disposal all these forms of payment so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

For foreign orders, the cash on delivery method is NOT accepted.

1st.-Credit or debit card (TPV LA CAIXA "REDSYS").

Farmaciasexual.es accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard, MasterCard SecureCode, VISA electron, American Express.... Your payment will be protected at all times, through our HTPPS payment gateway provided by "La caixa-Redsys"

For the confidentiality of your purchase, the payment will be reflected on your card/bank account in the name of our company "Tucompany, S.L."

The purchase limit for each order with a credit card is 3,000 euros.

2nd.- Bitcoin

Bitcoin uses peer-to-peer or peer-to-peer technology to operate without a central authority or banks. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency with which transactions are 100% secure. We will provide you with an address to be able to make your payment in just a few minutes and your order will be shipped immediately.

3.-Standard transfer or income.

These payment methods consist of bank transfer or cash deposit of the full amount of the order in favor of the bank account owned by Tucompany, S.L.; in both payment methods with express mention of the order number linked to the payment. Orders with these payment methods that are not credited to the account of Tucompany, S.L. 15 days after the confirmation of the order, will be canceled automatically after the expiry of this period. The set value limit is EUR 5,000.- per order. In case of exceeding this amount the customer must communicate by e-mail. It is important to remember that some banks may take 1-2 business days to make the transfer effective, and it may take a minimum of 24 hours for the account to be reflected in our system.

4th.-Counter refund

The customer will make the full payment in cash at the time of delivery of the goods at the place designated by the latter when placing the order. Tucompany, S.L. reserves the domain and will retain full ownership of the item until full payment by the customer including possible errors of the seller or carrier thereof. The minimum amount for an order with the payment method "cash on delivery" will be EUR 9.- EUR. The purchase limit with the payment method "on delivery" will be 999.99- EUR (VAT incl.) per order.
